What makes these products any different?

Apart from being 100% non animal tested and handmade, they actually do work.

Are the essential oils used in Hippy Horse products safe for use on animals?

Yes they are. We follow very strict EU cosmetics regulations on the use of essential oils on animals. We are continually checking formulations to ensure the safety of the oils we use in all of our products.

Are your products safe to use on young stock and brood mares?

Yes absolutely. Again we follow very strict EU cosmetics regulations on the use of essential oils in pregnancy, and on young stock.

Would it matter if i used, for example, Scratchy'n' Itchy on my pony even if she didn't have skin problems?

Although all products have been formulated to cleanse particular skin and coat types, they will not have the opposite effect if you use them on an animal without that condition. In fact you can use any of our products just because you like the smell!

Is it safe for me to use these products on my horse if i am pregnant?

Absolutely, there are very strict EU cosmetics regulations in place on the use of essential oils during pregnancy. At Hippy Horse we aim to take care of your horse and you.

Could I use these shampoos and conditioners on myself?

Yes you can (my family and I do!). To make our products safe for your animals they must also be safe and work on humans too!
